TA Tech Teardown: Ashby x HIGHER

Thinking of changing your existing RecTech stack? We all know how tough it can be as a TA professional to know what to select, which is where TA Tech Teardown comes in.

Ashby is what an ATS should be: an integration of sourcing automation, AI-supported outreach sequencing, native interview scheduling, a searchable CRM, and advanced analytics – all in one ATS++ system. That means better data, less context switching, and more streamlined workflows.

Ashby service startups, scaleups and enterprise companies who think of hiring as a strategic function within their business. They mostly service internal recruitment teams, but also have VC’s and Agencies using Ashby as their hiring platform. Every company that wants to drive hiring excellence in 2024 is a great fit for Ashby.

    You will learn:

🔥 How Ashby works and why it’s the preferred choice for companies like Opendoor, Multiverse, Notion, Deel, and Modern Treasury.
