James Mantle - VP Talent at Mews

Currently James is the VP of Talent at Mews, a disruptor in hospitality tech. Previous to this he spent four years at Hudl, a US based sport analytics company, where he led their global recruiting team. He started his internal recruiting career at a VC group and spent four years, working centrally and across their portfolio of businesses. That experience culminated in a rewarding time as an early employee at Clearscore, leading their People team.

He is attracted to working in driven, high growth environments, where recruiting teams are critical to the success of a business. He is passionate about building teams that follow agile working practices and supporting the development of his team.

Vaso Parisinou - CPO at Ravio

Vaso was the first People hire at Deliveroo back in 2015 and has been on a journey supporting companies going through hypergrowth ever since. Most recently, as VP of People at TrueLayer, Vaso scaled the team from 40 to 400 people in just 2.5 years, leading the People charge yet again.

She is now the Chief People Officer at Ravio, an early stage startup specialising in real-time compensation benchmarking, whose mission aligns closely with her own belief in empowering People leaders with robust, up-to-date data and insights.

Tim Cashman - EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition - CaptivateIQ

Tim is a seasoned recruiter with a focus on both technical and non-technical talent. After years of working in the high pressure environments of live TV production in New York and Los Angeles. His professional TA journey led him to the fast-paced world of hyper-growth companies, starting with Buzzfeed in Los Angeles. He then dove into the global scale of ABinBev's venture fund, playing a pivotal role in navigating its expansion across the Americas, UK and APAC.

Tim's expertise was further honed in the early stages of WeWork in New York, where he contributed significantly to the company's growth. Subsequently, he relocated to London, where he continued to drive expansion efforts across Europe, the Middle East. Currently, Tim is at the forefront of growth initiatives for CaptivateIQ across EMEA.
