Making Bold Moves How to navigate the transition from Talent to HR

In this webinar, we will look at how we can recession proof our careers as Talent people: What will this downturn change in our industry? TA roles are being cut but businesses are still hiring for HR right now in this market - will we move to seeing more hybrid HR/TA roles and less pure TA roles at senior level?

Having jumped from TA Director at Shazam, to VP People at Onfido, Ruth is the perfect person to unpack this topic with us. In this session we will explore her experiences of moving from TA to HR, and she will also share some of the frameworks and tools she used in order to get there.

We will discuss how TA professionals can ‘recession proof’ their careers, whether that means leaning into HR or considering other options.

What you will get from this session:

* Frameworks to help you figure out what you really want out of your career, and is it a move to HR?

* Tips to build confidence in the workplace and increase your value when transitioning from TA to HR

* The tools to help you to start to craft the career and life you truly desire, while looking at ways to ‘recession proof’ your career
