Imposter Syndrome Learning to work and live! with it

Have you ever questioned your own value, wondered when you'll get 'found out' or felt like an imposter? You are not alone.

On this webinar we are joined by Lauren Harrop, International Talent Acquisition Partner at D2L and Founder of The Recruitment Imposter Network.

Recruitment is Lauren's passion, but on the occasions that she cannot find that unicorn, she has felt an imposter mindset creep in. In this raw and vulnerable session, Lauren will give you insights into where her imposter came from, how she manages this (some days are better than others) and reassurance that you are not alone.

Lauren will also share her insights into speaking at RecFest and how that accelerated her imposter, yet tamed it at the same time.

What you will get from this session:

* Strategies and Ideas on how to manage your imposter syndrome

* An understanding on how a growth mindset can support you to be the best version of yourself, both at home and in work

* Lauren will share an invite to a network of TA specialists who feel (or have felt) imposter syndrome to help you know that you are not alone

More about the speaker:

After 14 years in recruitment it was time Lauren made her voice heard. She is a recruiter at heart but struggles immensely with imposter syndrome and the constant feeling of ‘not good enough’ or being found out that she is a 'fraud'. Lauren is currently a fully remote employee working for a Canadian Education Technology company and has felt the onset of imposter syndrome a struggle more than ever, but equally have found talking about it helps me to cope with it.

Lauren has spoken at RecFest 2023 about Imposter Syndrome and is the Founder of The Recruitment Imposter Network.
