From zero to tech: How non-technical brands can build an employer brand that attracts top tech talent

In this webinar we will be discussing how non-tech brands can build their employer brand to attract top tech talent. In today's competitive job market, attracting top technical talent is more challenging than ever before. Companies must use a strategic approach to recruitment to attract, identify and hire the best candidates.

Christine will share her experience working with the Financial Times and the successful strategies they employed to attract top technical talent to the organisation. Specifically how by adopting a product management approach, they were able to identify the key challenges blocking their technical hiring and create a targeted recruitment strategy that appealed to the technical audience.

After this session, you will come away with an understanding of:

- Strategies to adopt a project management approach when tackling building your employer brand

- How to use microsites to target top technical talent and success metrics to consider

- Ways to identify and tackle blockers as a non-tech brand building your EB for tech talent
