Matthew Parker, Director of Talent Acquisition, Ex-Procore and Zapp

Matthew began his career in Executive Search, guiding Technology companies worldwide through their growth. Afterward, he joined RateSetter (now Plenti) in Australia. Since returning to the UK, he has partnered with fast-growing international technology companies like Zapp, Culture Amp, and most recently Procore, where he led all International Hiring.

As a Talent Acquisition Leader with a passion for weaving diversity and inclusion into the assessment and selection process, he believes that when everyone is given a fair chance to thrive in the right company, it fosters a workplace that embraces diverse perspectives and experiences. This, in turn, optimises the ability to generate innovative ideas and promotes a culture of creativity.
