TA Slowdown Pivot your team from high growth hiring & build adaptivity
In this webinar, we will discuss how to pivot your TA strategy when your organisation has slowed down hiring from a high-growth phase. Our panellists will discuss ways to showcase the TA function’s multi-purpose and value to the business during these times, outside of direct/high volume hiring.
We will discuss the shift your team may feel and how you, as a leader, can re-engage and refocus them during slower, more deliberate hiring and project work.
We will also chat through various strategies you can implement to upskill your TA function and process improvements to take advantage of during a slower hiring phase.
What you will get from this session:
* An understanding of various strategies you can use to pivot your TA team when hiring slows down
* Ways to refocus your TA team when moving from high-growth hiring and how to use this time to your advantage to lay strong foundations for the months to come
* Insight into how to prepare your team again when hiring picks up and how they can adapt to the market changes with ease
